JOB SUMMARY:
This position reports to the Global Sourcing Director or Director of Contracts and Risk Management and will primarily support legal and risk management. The Contract Administrator must possess a strong ability to adapt and respond to highly diverse & evolving business needs & objectives, dependable, be independent in recognizing & responding in a timely manner to critical business tasks and maintaining highly sensitive & confidential information by being professional and discrete.
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in legal services, risk, finance, or another closely related field or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Preferred: Master’s degree in business, JD-MBA, or a related field or 5 years of relevant experience in the field of contracts, legal, or risk services. Previous paralegal experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Relevant experience or education demonstrating an aptitude for language, writing, business communications, reading for details and comprehension, listening for tone, thoughtful responses, and research.

- Performs initial reviews, provides administrative support, & manages communications and escalation of simple contract documents & negotiations of NDA’s, leases, assignments, waivers, releases, liens, amendments, and contracts ROG Services in HR, insurance, transportation / freight, rental cars, events, & hotels.
- Administrative support; including responses to internal and external requests for information (RFIs) / proposals (RFPs), & customer, bidder, & vendor qualification.
- Creates, maintains, & provides reporting, retrieval of information and documents for contract lifecycle administration functions, including execution, notifications, amendments, and renewals.
- Responds to requests, manages workflows, & completes tasks related to claims, complaints, breaches, governance, compliance, and litigation, including initial reporting of claims, responses, notices, status updates, discovery requests, lost production & damages reporting from and for regulators, brokers, and 1st and 3rd party claims managers, attorneys, carriers, and TPAs.
- Responds to requests and performs tasks related to insurance; including renewals, broker RFPs, contracts, required reporting, certificates of insurance (COIs), asset schedules, and policies.
- Reviews, redlines, escalates, and responds to liability management forms (waivers, NDAs, vendor code of conduct forms, chain of custody forms, certificates of origin, importer / exporter of records forms, etc.) and site access requests from customer work sites.
- Assists with basic market, price, & legal research; including business entity searches & background checks, UCC & lien searches, pending lawsuits & claims, market trends, media, etc.
